    hurly you fat cunt!

  2. Yes, an all Lost video. Woot! Or should I say “Yesh, Mish Moneypenny!” Funny accent there, Rudy.

Forget the “Other, others”. The real answers will come from the “other, other, others” who I’m certain are Will and Holly Marshall and their dad. Watch out for Sleestaks!!

    - Zadi, May 7th, 2007
  11. I at first didn’t connect the point of the numbers. I thought to myself, “this is the most annoying Gcast ever!” But suddenly I got it at the end with the Digg reference. Too funny!

    - Michael Tyas, May 7th, 2007
  12. I laughed and laughed until milk came out my nose.

    - Mike, May 7th, 2007
  13. [...] But Galacticast, the Montreal-based sci-fi parody show, put together a brilliant parody of LOST incorporating the number. It’s worth taking a look. (They’re also shilling for charity, so check that out too.) [...]

  14. [...] The Numbers. [...]

  15. OK seriously. I’m beyond lucky to have my heroes as my friends. You guys are amazing.

  17. John 3:16. Poor little Buddy and the Skipper. I always figured their remains would be found in a more compremising possition. CSI time… The pair have aged after many long missadventures. They both die in thier sleep.Time passes the hammocks rot and the Skeletal remains fall on top of each other in what at first apears to be the Kamasutra position #33.

Funny even if the numerical recitation did go on and on and on and on. It was long enough to make it funny again in the end.

    - Bladehoonslayer, May 8th, 2007
  18. Great Scooby ending, folks. Another fine episode!

Good job on the donation as well. That’s a hell of a wonderful thing to do.

  26. [...] Early last week on our sister site mutednoise I bantered about how Digg’s user base rising up in revolt represented the hereto unmentioned side of social networks; that is, the crowd will bite the hand that feeds it if they think the hand is red. In the comments I mentioned that playing hardball with the entire Internet was absolutely the worst possible strategy. That action took a so-so bit of geek errata and firmly planted it in popular culture. Case in point is this most recent episode of Galacticast (it does get a bit slow in the middle and if you’re not familiar with the television program Lost some jokes might not make sense – but the end gag is killer): Pick your metaphor: the cat is out of the bag, geni out of the bottle, the milk has been spilled and no amount of crying is going to put it back. Digg has since stopped censoring its users and has made the statement that it will ‘go down fighting’. The outcome of which, according to certain legal circles, doesn’t look good. [...]

  27. Very funny parody I quite enjoyed. Congrats on the one year marker. I’ve placed an embedded version of your parody on my LOST blog which is visited by thousands of LOST fans all across the world…

Another Scottish accent in Rudy’s armour. Dude you could move here with that accent lol.

I wonder what Kevin Rose thinks about his cameo. Again.

  35. “Hurley, you fat cunt”
I’m so bad at leaving comments – I always watch on my iPod and mean to write but don’t – I saw this while I was on the tube a couple of days ago. Totally amazing. I kept laughing out loud. Your writing is so inspired – clever, funny, surprising – always top rate. You are the web’s answer to South Park. But better. TV is toast.

    - Rupert, May 15th, 2007
  36. “Oh my God! You found the number!” lol

I’m a bit of an ostritch myself, first viewing I didn’t understand, apart from the obvious “Lost” paraody. But when I heard about what’s been going on with regard to “the numbers” and watched it again I fell off my chair laughing so hard. And done in an intelligent and witty manner.

FWIW, I live in the UK and regard the BBC as almost watchable, Galacticast I always make time for.

“Wey ya bugger man”, as they say around these parts. Ave a broon ale on mea.

    - "Almost watchable by the BBC", May 17th, 2007
  37. [...] Productions like Galacticast and Invisible Engine prove that while good writing can get you places, a great visual gag can put you over the top. So pump that shotgun action, and start shootin’. [...]

  38. Do I even have to say how much I loved it or how awesome it was? No, you already know. Instant classic.
