    - Joe, July 24th, 2006
  3. Awesome show. Seems like Superman is having some rough times there… alcohol, emo bands, wow… :)

I’d also like to take the pill that makes me really, really tiny…

  6. Congratulations to Dave Noiseux for his Keanu’s impersonnation !
The green seems also to fit extremely well with Casey’s complexion ; so are the pointy ears though…
Rudy’s Superman is still iconoclastic, alcoholic and therefore funny.
Many thanks to all the galacticast posse ! !

    - jeanphi, July 24th, 2006
  7. Mr. Anderson, that was a great show, Mr. Anderson. I’m serious, Mr. Anderson.

    - Tatti, July 24th, 2006
  8. You guys are out of this world!!! That was an AMAZING show!

I simply can’t make up my mind about which was the funniest character.

    Keep it up! :)

    - Leonardo, July 24th, 2006
  9. Wow. That was awesome. The Mr. Anderson obsessed dude was hilarious. Casey, you are really quite the actress. This episode really demonstrates that. Nice work!

    - Amanda Congdon, July 24th, 2006
  10. I love how you guys have this running gag that Superman is a total ass!

Casey, I hope you didn’t puke after all that spinning!

    - missbhavens, July 24th, 2006
  11. Joe- If you want to make an offer I can pass the numbers on to her current master… ;)

Steve- DAMN YOU for mentioning the San Diego Comicon… DAMN YOU TO HELL!!! < /charltonheston >

JeanPhi- Thanks! It took me about 45 minutes of scrubbing in the shower to get it all off! The hardest part was trying to put clothes on without them getting covered in green paint! If you look closely you can see that we weren’t very successful keeping my clothes paint free!

Amanda- Thanks! I made a much better Uma Thurman when I actually had real blonde hair… that wig was hideous! Of all my roles, my favorite was Nova from Planet of the Apes…

Bekah- I was SO CLOSE to puking… but luckily I didn’t! Thanks for asking!

    - Casey, July 24th, 2006
  12. Hi Guys,

Great show. Slave girl is at it with Klingons and other aleins with severe dermatitis. Surely I have a chance.

    Amazing likeness of Keanu Reeves.

Loved the who lyrics from agent smith lmao.

Casey come back to scotland and I’ll buy you some Irn Bru lol.

  13. The pill that makes you really really tiny is the LSD pill. I think the same pill makes you really really big also or is that viagra. I think it’s different everytime you try it. LSD I mean, not viagra, eh I mean eh I don’t take drugs. Seriously I don’t. Eh Don’t do drugs kids. What who is that? Someone is eh shouting on my cya.

    - Steven, July 24th, 2006
  14. Fabulous as usual!

I got a kick out of Agent Smith’s favorite song. “I’m Spiderman and i’m a P.I.M.P” really cracked me up as well.

Casey’s bits were top notch. Take care guys.

    - Calamity, July 24th, 2006
  15. Another Amazing Show!! You guys are all hilarious!

Casey – your Nova character was my favorite, too! That costume was almost R-rated! ;)

Glad to hear Spiderman shares my love of Gangsta Rap! But Techno?? C’mon man, that just aint cool.

    - Jon Wedd, July 24th, 2006
  16. LOL good one. Casey, Rudy fantastic as usuall.

    - The Right Rev Chumley, July 24th, 2006
  17. HOLY SHIT! This was AWESOME!!! AWESOME!!! AWESOME!!! Really well done. I’m very impressed! I can’t stop saying it! lol

I think my favorite character was either Beatrice Kiddo or the Mr.Anderson guy. But, I think Spiderman’s closing thoughts were the best. They made me get all warm and fuzzy.

    - Andy Melton, July 25th, 2006
  18. omg, i’m weak – yet another internet cutey for me to fawn over. what a cutey! – the content in this was awesome i agree. Loved all the segments. Keep it coming. I can see a mass fusion of content coming on the horizon. :)

    - phil, July 25th, 2006
  19. i love casey. almost as much as karina from mobuzz, then there is amanda. omg this world is cruel – so much beauty and not enough airmiles. I love cute, smart and “live everyday as it comes” people – i think we should buy an island and have like a blog island. or something.

    - phil, July 25th, 2006
  20. Zadi – Don’t be too sympathetic to Superman. Remember … he’s a dick. We love him. But Dick.

Steve – <massive-denial>Comicon? What are you talking about?</massive-denial>

jeanphi – It’s funny to nod my head when you say iconclastic and not know what it means? Hee

Chumley – Yes we are fantastic. Now all we need is a Human Torch (Andy want to be our flamer) and a Thing.

Andy – You make it all worth it.

Phil – I am hurt. You completely mislead me into believing I was the “cutey” you spoke of. Now I find out it was this Casey character. Whatever happened to us Phil? Is there no room on this island for me? My mom says I am pretty.

    - Rudy, July 25th, 2006
  21. Don’t you worry Rudy, I still think you’re pretty!

On the human torch issue, hmmm, as long as there is no ACTUAL fire involved. I really don’t want to mess up my hair, AGAIN! I mean, OH MY GOD! I spend so much time on it! (Hot enough for ya?)

    - Andy Melton, July 26th, 2006
  22. Andy – <blushing>Aw shucks.</blushing>

And you do realise that if you ever come to Montreal, we are putting you into a Fantastic Four sketch.

    - Rudy, July 26th, 2006
  23. I love your show. You guys do a great job. It is so much fun.

  24. Bwah!

Very funny, clever stuff! Who does your costumes? They’re awesome!

I liked the Nova bits the best, “Cookie? Cookie? CD? Cookie!”

How long does it take to put a show together?

    - Garner Haines, July 26th, 2006
  25. Rick- Thanks so much! To be loved by a fellow sci-fi podcaster is a touching thing ;)

Garner- Some of the costumes are bought (Superman, Wonder Woman), some of the costumes are made (The Bride, T’Pol, Nova) and some of the costumes are painted on (Vina)!

I have to admit, out of all my own parts I liked Nova the best too.

Time is “irrelevant”, as Seven of Nine would say. We honestly lose track of how long we’ve been sitting at our respective computers. Let’s just say, we rarely sleep anymore, but it’s OH SO worth it when we get your sweet-ass comments afterwards ;)

    - Casey, July 26th, 2006
  26. Oh Rudy. Of course i think your cute. But that is only because i want to move closer to the lady next to you on the settee. Woot.

Great show. Great Humans. Told a few people today, expect more visitors. :)

    - phil, July 26th, 2006
  27. AWESOME! I’ll have to start practicing!

Good Lord, why did I have to burn that outfit? WHY? It was my favorite one! It looked FABU on me! *sigh*

Although, if you could get Johnny Storm there in person, I’d definitely have more incentive to be there…I’d play his part, he’d have to get over that, lol.

    - Andy Melton, July 26th, 2006
  28. Oh Casey! I LOOOOOOOVE the reference to Seven of Nine you made in the comments above. *sigh* I’m needing a Star Trek fix at the moment. All 7 seasons of Voyager are sitting beside me…and no time to watch any of them! Hmmm, maybe during lunch! lol

    - Andy Melton, July 26th, 2006
  29. That was awesome :D

    - Susan, July 26th, 2006
  30. cooky, cooky, cooky. here, come a little closer, cooky, cooky.

    casey, you’re real animal, roar!

;-) great job, have to keep on watching…

    - Bünni, July 27th, 2006
  31. Stephen- Thanks for the IRN BRU offer, but I was never a fan… I always love stocking up on WispaMint when I’m in Scotland, though…

Calamity- Thanks! I’m still embarassed by the crappy blonde wig I wore to be the Bride, though… oh boy that was ugly! (Ahh… what we do to entertain!)

Jon- Oh, Jon… if only you could see the R rated outtakes… the top of that costume kept coming open! Since the seams are all made of velcro (a material invented by Vulcans, I might add), they kept tearing open everytime I moved. Perhaps you should watch Nova’s first appearance a little closer… ;)

Chumley- Thanks man, we love you as usual!

Phil- ALMOST as much as Katrina of MoBuzz… I’m flattered and yet I am crying inside… (what can I do to make the top of the list? Hmm… perhaps I should start a show in my lingerie, THAT’d get everyone’s attention! Nah, that wouldn’t work at all…)

Andy- I hope you also enjoyed the oblique Vulcan reference in my reply to Jon ;)

    Susan- Thanks Kity! YOU’re AWESOME!!!

Bunni- Thanks man, I love the Cookie part too… it was fun to film, I got to eat cookies and chew on a CD!!!

    - Casey, July 27th, 2006
  32. [...] But she has beaten herself with the “sci-fi lo-fi” parody series on galacticast.com. Geeky, hilarious and just right for people, who know science fiction. (I like the dating show when it comes to the music taste) [...]

  33. Hey Casey it’s Steven with a “V” not a “ph” but I think it means the same anyways so no biggie. Wispa’s are nice but I think I prefer starbars :-D .

p.s. I think androids do infact dream of electric sheep.

    - Steven, July 28th, 2006
  34. SteVen- I spelt it with a “ph” because you is PHat, bro! (Good save, Casey… good save…)

  36. Who would win a fight between Zombie Jesus and Zombie TuPac?

    YOU DECIDE ! ! !

    FIGHT ! ! !

    - Steven, July 29th, 2006
  37. Rudy – are you playing Supes from Superman III by any chance? It just occurred to me that with the 3 day growth and alcohol problem, you might want to not flick any peanuts at mirrors…

    - Steve Woolf, July 29th, 2006
  38. Steve Woolf – Bingo. Now pass those peanuts …

    - Rudy Jahchan, July 29th, 2006
  39. Great stuff, guys – it’s always a blast to participate in these skits. You’ll have to let me know what plans are a-brewin’!

    - Lone_Wolf, July 30th, 2006
  41. Ummm…people. Our Zombie Jesus would win in ANY fight.

That how Zombie Jesus rolls. He’s back up in your ass with the resurection. And infected with rage. DO NOT question his skillz. With a z.

    - Andy Melton, July 31st, 2006
  45. How does Rudy make the unshaven stubbly look work for him? Magic? Science? Tribble Juice? I just don’t know how he does it.

    - Steven, August 1st, 2006
  46. Calamity- It’s totally cool of you to say that. In fact, you’re not the only one who giggles… I giggle while I’m editing it!

Chumley- Sorry dude, we were working on it a long time… but I can tell you one thing: it will be SO worth the wait…

Andy- Thanks man (but I know you’re just using me to get to Rudy ;) )

Steven- I think it’s science… he just naturally looks great with stubble. Must be his “terrorist” genetics!

    - Casey, August 1st, 2006
