Heath- Rudy was actually trying to get a Welsh accent (the most recent Doctor is from Wales)… Welsh accents are pretty impossible, so give him a break. I met Paul McGillion last year and he has a really awesomely convincing Scottish accent (he doesn’t play an Englishman on SG Atlantis, it’s a Scotsman). I know it’s awesome because I lived in Scotland for 2 years

I loved the Grindhouse music on the Dr Who keyboards! Axl Rose belting the theme out sounded great, too!

DarkOpera- You NOTICED! YAY! I just got a Fast Track USB to connect my electric guitar directly to my MacBook, so I’ve been composing/re-arranging music this weekend. All music in this episode was me on guitar and/or keyboard plus drum kits from GarageBand (The only exception is the song during the Missing Reel, that one is public domain).
So, in short, yes you will definitely have more blazing riffs in the future… in fact, I already arranged two tracks for next week’s episode
Funny tidbit: I actually sang the Grindhouse theme as Axl Rose before playing it on guitar (or even knowing the right pitch!). It worked out pretty well and having Axl off beat a little made it extra funny to me

Oh my friggin god!I laughed so hard i think i blew out my spleen.But on a serious note premature extermination may seem funny……until it happens to YOU! That’s a stigma that you just never live down.
Actually Casey the newest Doctor (David Tennant) is Scottish, and I thought Rudy’s accent was pretty spot on!

“Who’s” not going to love that. A wonderful performance by the Daleks if not just a “little stiff”. Nice Abbot and Costello tribute. I was getting a little worried that one of those regenerations would end up as Rosie O’Donnel or Roseanne ARRRRRGGG!
Doug the Dalek does have a nice ring to it, premature extermination and all.
Great as usual guys! You never cease to amaze me with your script writing, acting, and special effects!

Awesome ep guys. The only thing I would have added is a little molester moustach for Axl. But otherwise, spot on!
The accent was genius, the daleks were hilarious… god, all your ideas were brilliant, and so tight. The *effort* you guys must put into this every week is amazing – your talent even more so.
Oh, and your effects put Doctor Who to shame
Hehe, I half expected the Daleks to explode after being shot (for no apparent reason other than being an excessive action sequence).

Bladehoonslayer- We ALMOST had Rosie O’Donnell in there but we realized it would be a little difficult to make me look fat
Micki- Sorry, babe, but we didn’t really have outtakes this week. The best outtake that we COULD have had this week was us realizing that after filming ALL the Axl parts, the Shotgun Mic wasn’t plugged in. We started RE-filming around 11pm, so it was business all the way… we also don’t tend to have as many outtakes when it’s just Rudy and me… we get more outtakes when we have other stars (like Dave). I was hoping the blow of the gun at the end would be cool enough…
Btw, anyone notice I was limping on the wrong leg when escaping from the beach with the Doctor?
